What each one actually gives you

AI inside job-management software. The apps you may already use are quietly adding AI - auto-drafted quotes, smart scheduling, job note summaries. You often get it at no extra cost. Transcription. Dictate on the drive home, get a typed job note. Your phone's built-in dictation is free and good enough for most.

- Start with what you have. Check whether your job app and accounting software already include AI - most now do.

- Only pay when a tool saves you real hours. If it does not clearly beat doing it yourself, drop it.
