Information we collect
TradeFlow is a free content website: calculators, guides, and partner links for New Zealand tradespeople. There is no sign-up, no account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or accounting data.
The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Figures you enter into a calculator are not sent to us or stored.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, PostHog, and the Ahrefs analytics pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. These tools collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and general location — not your name or contact details.
Who can access it
Anonymised analytics data is available only to the people who run TradeFlow. We do not sell personal information.
Affiliate links
Some pages link to partner products and services. If you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. The partner’s own privacy policy applies once you leave this site.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can request access to any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where legally permissible.
